Blackout Recovery

Automatic Platform Calibration

One ABS Extruder , two Specialty Extruders for Option
ABS Extruder
ABS Extruder is specially design for printing high temperature materials, particular ABS, Nylon (PA), Polycarbonate (PC), ASA and etc.The extruder use a full metal hotend so that it can heat up to 300C without compromising its reliability. A adjustable wind door is provided so that the nozzle cooling can be fine tuned to suit different material or model structure.
PLA Extruder
PLA Extruder is specially designed for printing PLA and PLA-like materials. The extruder head has a high power cooling fan to cool down PLA as soon as it extrudes, this result in clean and detailed PLA prints. The hotend filament path is smoothed by PTFE (Teflon) tube to increase reliability and success rate of PLA prints.
TPU Extruder
TPU Extruder is designed for TPU or other flexible materials such as TPE. The print head’s extrusion assembly is spring loaded so that it can adapt to the variable filament diameters of soft materials. The entire filament extrusion path is covered so that the soft filament will not squeeze out and cause extrusion failure. The TPU extruder is equipped with a 0.5mm nozzle to increae printing reliability.

Shipping & Order Processing Time
Shipping costs are depending on the destination country and the shipping method. You could select shipping method and view the according shipping cost on the shopping cart page. During the checkout process, available shipping methods and delivery times will be listed after you enter your shipping address.

When you place order in Global Store, we will fulfill your order from China. In this case, you need to pay customs fee and taxes which are collected by your local customs according to your country’s import policy. In other stores, the product price has included import tax, you don’t need to pay import tax any more. (Switzerland and Norway customers need to pay import tax and duty when place order in Europe store but EU VAT is exempted)

Global Store is with China stock.Global Store Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after payment received. You could log in to your account to view the order status and tracking number. China stock shipment (DHL) is usually shipped to Hong Kong and redirect there to the final destination. After receiving order shipment notification email, It will still take 2-4 days for the tracking number to be trackable.
Orders made in US Store, Europe Store, Canada Store, Japan Store, Australia Store, Brazil Store and Russia Store are all shipped with local inventories, so the shipping will be much faster than Global store and do not need to pay import TAX. Normally your orders will be shipped out in 2 Business days.The shipment notification email will be sent to you also during this period.

Return Policy
We accept return within 30 days upon delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us first at support@tiertime.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without authorization are not eligible for refund.
20% of item net value will be deducted as restocking fee.You also need to be responsible for return shipping costs and we can not refund any shipping costs.
Defective Items Return Policy

Defective/ damaged items are returnable within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns of items without obvious defects will subject 20% restocking fees and will be deducted from the amount of refund.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and we cannot refund any shipping costs you originally paid to receive the order. Only the price of refunding item will be refunded.
Refunds
All returns, refunds and exchanges are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our distribution center.

If you are from EU countries (UK excepted) and VAT exempt, you can enter your VAT Number on checkout page then VAT will be deducted. You can also email us at support@tiertime.com and provide us with your detailed billing address, valid VAT number, shipping address, phone number.
We will issue an offline VAT exempted invoice to you ASAP. We accept payment through Paypal, Stripe, Wire Transfer, Check and Credit card.

As our store setting, one order could only include one stock items. You need place separate orders for items from different stocks. If the items are all in same stock while there is no available shipping method, kindly contact us at support@tiertime.com for further assistance.
